required Programs:
- Subversion (http://subversion.tigris.org/getting.html#windows)
- 7-Zip (http://www.7-zip.org/)
- NSIS (http://nsis.sourceforge.net/)

1) svn export the tag you want to distribute
2) folder name should follow Version.appNameSexy() + Version.revision(), and include the python/gl version. i.e. "FoFiX v3.120 beta 63 (py2.6 gl3)"
3) run pkg\buildWin.cmd from the exported dir
