HOWTO make skins.

Just adding a directory here and it will be seen as a new skin to gcompris.

There is 2 file for a skin:
skin.svg: done with Inkscape, each element must have their ID properly set
          as in the original.
skin.xml: used to specify colors and fonts for the skin.
