lwbase conventions:

Indentation is 4.
No tabs in source code.
No trailing whitespace.

The only goto label allowed is "cleanup".
Use GOTO_CLEANUP_XXX() macros to go to this label.

lwbase code should return NTSTATUS codes.
lwbase public function are named LwRtlXxx.

Types:
-----

base types used in lwbase should be NT native types:

64 bits - LONG64, ULONG64
32 bits - LONG, ULONG
16 bits - SHORT, USHORT
unsigned 8 bits - BYTE
void - VOID

normal characters - CHAR
WC16 characters - WCHAR (native byte order)

DO NOT USE: DWORD, int, uint16, uint32_t, etc.
