Two .swf files were removed from the upstream source:
 * filter/mediaplugin/flvplayer.swf
 * filter/mediaplugin/mp3player.swf
The reason is lack of the source code. Hopefully Moodle will
change the flash player, see: http://tracker.moodle.org/browse/MDL-23870
