  $ cd trunk/corestackbase/spike/util/coverage/php
  $ svn update
  $ source /opt/oss/env.sh
  $ sudo pear install phpDocumentor ## Plus any other dependencies like
                                    ## * Archive_Tar
                                    ## * XML_Beautifier
  $ ant distribute -Dcomp.version=x.y.z
