boot parameters:

amiboot is now a package sitting in NEW and at 
<http://people.debian.org/~smarenka/bootloaders>.

The rest comes from <http://people.debian.org/~cts/debian-m68k/misc> 
and Christian's work on debian boot-floppies (woody).

The StartInstall scripts are now generated in config/m68k/tools.cfg,
see STARTINSTALL.
