To create yazici.rle:

  1. Load yazici.xcf.gz in the gimp
  2. flatten the image
  3. conver to indexed, 16 colors, default dithering
  4. save as yazici.png
  4. convert yazici.png yazici.bmp
  5. bmptoppm < yazici.bmp | ppmtolss16 #BFB6A8=7 > yazici.rle

     (#BFB6A8 is the color used for the inside the "GNU".)
