License rules for patches against 3rd party open source components
shipped as part of ntrack source tree:

 + patches included in this directory are intended to be consumed,
   integrated and reused by the open source 3rd-party component
   they touch
 + to make that easy, patch hunks included in this directory are
   always licensed using the same license that govern the 3rd party
   files touched
 + a copy of the license used by the 3rd-party component can be
   found in the COPYING.<component-name> file shipped in the
   same director as the patch.
 + If you have questions about licensing, please file a ntrack
   bug and be patient: https://launchpad.net/ntrack/+filebug
